Slowly but surely, the Wright-Dunbar Business District
is coming back to life, aesthetically at least. There are
PLENTY of available buildings here, and an active
neighborhood association backing the efforts up.
Now all we need is the demise of the suburbs
to breathe adequate life back into beauty again.

filled with confident, sophisticated, and quite hot
ladies. Sure, we've got our share of surly girls, but
that's just one slice of the pie.

Nobody uses crosswalks in D8N. They are viewed
as passe' authoritarian structuring, even for a purple
Missisipi Pimp like this.

The new mainstream on the streets is
baggy, but not overstated.

Dayton is the epicenter of interracial coupling
and love. All across the city on any given day,
residents are breaking racial barriers by making
love and children together. It has in large part
helped bring this historically racially divided
city together in many ways.
