Probably like many people in many areas of the USA, I get sick and tired of being sick and tired about the Disney-esque way that my local world is presented by our local corporate media wizards, or the hordes of bad PR agents working to sell the fantasy viewpoint that EVERYTHING IS JUST FINE AND DANDY in our Grand City of Dayton, Ohio.

Real Photos from the Streets of Dayton, Ohio - The Musical

Yes, it's been awhile since any new posts, but there is a reason. I just haven't been able to get out all over the town as of late.

But do not fret. Something great is wafting through the air.

Yes, it's Real Photos from the Streets of Dayton, Ohio USA - The Musical.

drexel will be performing this, along with a slew of our other hit songs and improvisational favorites on Saturday, Oct. 4th, 2008 at Derailed Salon, 506 1/2 E. Fifth Street, Dayton, OH USA (phone: 937.222.3910).

The whole shindig will get underway at around 8 p.m. and go until we're finished.

Please plan to attend. This show is all-ages, and there will be a grill out front, so bring some meat, and coolers for your drinks.

e-mail me at: bedpanartist@bedpanart.com if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Dave

How did this turn out?

it was a total smash hit. We got cheers and cheers and cheers. I would have considered it a standing ovation, were not everyone already standing.

We're working on a second showing at a Gallery here in d8n.
